This powder is suitable in the production of high-density structural components requiring very good dynamic and static mechanical properties.

Densities up to 7.4 g/cc can be achieved in a single pressing operation, which eliminates the double pressing/double sintering technique necessary for other powders.

The use of lower compacting pressure contributes to a reduced tool wear and less risk of tool breakage.

ABC100.30 is also suitable for applications where either good soft magnetic properties are required or high densities are necessary for subsequent surface hardening or plating operations. It would be classified under the F-0000 specifications and admix alloys using material as a base.
